Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiters to join our team. The candidates will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and building a strong organizational pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
