We are seeking a passionate Retail Store Executive to join our team at Vilvah Store Private Limited. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers, located in Chennai. As a Retail Store Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting our skincare and hair care products to our valued customers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and understand their skincare needs.
• Proficiency in retail sales, with the ability to achieve sales targets and increase product visibility.
• In-depth knowledge of skin care products, including their benefits and applications, to provide accurate information to customers.
• Understanding of hair care products and the ability to recommend suitable products to customers.
• Must possess personal care products knowledge (Mandatory skill) to guide customers effectively on product usage.
• Strong customer service skills (Mandatory skill) to ensure a memorable and satisfying shopping experience.
• A dedicated approach to ensuring customer satisfaction (Mandatory skill), addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to the overall success of the store.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying suitable skincare and hair care products based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Manage retail sales and ensure product availability on the shelves through effective inventory management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Maintain the visual appeal of the store by organizing and restocking products attractively.
• Handle customer queries and resolve any complaints with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest skincare and hair care trends to provide customers with current and relevant information.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and promote a positive work environment.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
