Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 3D artists and developers to create high-quality VR assets and environments.
- Optimize 3D models and levels for VR performance, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Work closely with developers to integrate assets into Unity-based VR applications.
- Maintain high standards of visual quality while balancing real-time performance constraints.
- Automate and streamline 3D workflows using Python scripting for Blender.
Key Requirements:
- ✔ Experience: 5+ years in 3D Modeling, Level Design, and VR Optimization.
- ✔ Software Expertise: Blender (MUST), along with Maya & Unity proficiency.
- ✔ VR Optimization: Deep understanding of performance constraints, LODs, and rendering techniques.
- ✔ Scripting Skills: Python knowledge for Blender automation is a plus!
- ✔ Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to manage and guide a team towards achieving project goals.
