About us

Beginning life in 2015, Biogrow Substrates India grew from humble beginnings, with just one factory producing substrates in a small village in Tamil Nadu, Southern India. Fast forward to today, and there are now 3 large substrate manufacturing sites, all within Tamil Nadu, and a state-of-the-art polyhouse in Karnataka, where growers can receive specialist training.

We have also extended our capabilities to encompass the production of all our own raw materials, further enhancing our abilities to maintain high standards of quality throughout every part of the substrate process, leaving nothing to chance. With a team of hundreds, we work day (and sometimes night) to deliver cocopeat substrates to our customers, and are proud to be shipping our products all over the world.

Fuelled by a passion for growing, and driven by the success of our customers, we have made a name for ourselves as one of the leading producers of premium cocopeat substrates in India, and our commitment both to quality, and to customer satisfaction, remains.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• BSc., /M.Sc., or MBA agribusiness is require
• Confident and willing to travel
• Fluency in Hindi and English essential
• Field and office work in polyhouse
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales team
• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends
• Build corporate relationships, in order to promote our brand
• Promote training, partnerships & other revenue opportunities
• Note this requires physical work within a hot/humid environment
