Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Manage financial transactions related to bookings, tours, and other services, and maintain accurate financial records.
2. Prepare and review financial reports, balance sheets, and statements for the agency.
3. Monitor agency expenses, including travel costs, and assist with budget planning for various travel packages.
4. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies, particularly in the travel industry.
5. Assist with tax preparation, audits, and financial reporting related to travel transactions.
6. Process invoices, payments, and other financial documentation for clients and vendors.
7. Collaborate with the finance team to support day-to-day financial operations of the travel agency.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in travel industry financial management.
4. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
5. Ability to speak English, Tamil, and Hindi is preferred.
6. Strong communication skills to work effectively with travel clients and suppliers.
